Old farmhouse attic find

Solid wood plank board, partially painted green and wrapped in cotton linen fabric

No stand frame attached--plank board only

Ironing board measures 62" long; 13.5" wide tapering down to 11.5" wide at tip, primitive-cut asymmetric taper; 7/8" thick

Old dry green paint remnants; bare wood exposed on front, edges, and back

Numerous layers of wrapped fabric, cotton or linen, and nailed down; rusty tacks

Large tears and/or burned area in the layers of fabric, as shown in pics

Aged to shabby perfection; rustic farmhouse laundry decor

Antique ironing board, solid board with distressed wear, green paint, chips and losses. Nearly 100 years old, with beautiful patina. Attic find in old dilapidated farmhouse. Raw cut board, not symmetric. Old worn fabric wrapped numerous times and fastened with rusty nails, discolored with large tears and ironing burns, as shown in pics. Aged to rustic perfection. No stand frame--board only.
