This antique Hubbell chain light (plus six others, shown in last light picture) was salvaged from an old farm house slated for demolition along with many other vintage and antique items.
- Antique Hubbell Chain Pendant Light Chain Painted No Shade 1920s Art Deco 6-7
- Chain pendant with canopy, socket, and fitter ring only--no light shade, and missing one of three fitter screws
- Paddle switch socket
- The whole light has been painted white at some point
- Chain measures 15" long with canopy
- Canopy measures 5" diameter x 4" high from bottom of ring up
- Fitter measures approx 2.5" diameter
- Light weighs 1.25 lbs
- Socket stamped: HUBBELL, PAT'D, JULY 23-03 FEB 23-04
- Original cloth wire is in poor condition, stiff and brittle, deteriorating
- Antique Hubbell chain pendant light in good condition with finish wear, paint, and aged patina; no glass shade. All metal finishes are worn with surface pitting and painted white; chipping, flaking paint. Original wiring is in poor condition and rotting--will need replacement. Paddle switch socket--works with soft or light click. Fitter ring missing one of the three screws.
