- Toy store front includes 5 cutouts; hardware store front includes 7 cutouts; food store front includes 6 cutouts; and clothing store front includes 6 cutouts
- Original box and teacher’s instruction guide included; original box is in dirty, stained, torn, crumpled condition; teacher’s guide is soiled, but intact, and in good, readable condition
- Circa 1968, stamped on guide

- Vintage Instructo teacher’s flannel board cutout set in good condition with light wear and soiling from age and use. The original box is in poor condition, dirty, stained, crumpled and torn. Original teacher’s guide is in good, readable condition, but with medium heavy soiling. All cutout pieces are in good condition, a few of the clothing pieces are lightly soiled on front and back, as shown.
