- Antique singletree in good condition but with a few issues: one hardware end collar with ring is missing; also, dry rot wood loss in middle, and long age splits, though still sturdy and intact. This wear, tear, and aged patina is commensurate with age and use. Overall wear includes scratches, discoloration, staining, paint loss; nicks, chips, splits, and cracks found in the wood; surface rust, corrosion, losses, and looseness to the iron hardware. (Note: The pictures show that one of the ends is darkened–it’s just wet from a quick washing before listing.) Beautiful piece of antique hitch equipment to use as rustic home décor, both inside and out.
