Antique Carved Wood Panel Vintage Bird Carving Primitive Folk Art Pheasant

Crudely carved 3D raised bird panel or plaque, looks to be a pheasant, made from one single piece of wood.

Large and heavy wood grain looks to be pine (this is NOT plywood)

Unsigned by maker, circa est. 1910s-1920s

Panel measures 17.5" wide x 7.25" high x 1/4" thick plaque, 1/2" thick bird

Antique hand-carved wooden bird panel in very good condition with wear from age, use, and storage. Crudely carved folk art piece. Shallow wood split from tail extending out to edge, but does not go through to back of piece. Some finish crazing. Nice aged patina.
